Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okplau ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the okplau website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

okplau reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the okplau Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, and okplau strictly enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register or hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of okplau or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okplau or by any regulatory authority.

By registering on okplau, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okplau Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. okplau is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify okplau immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf.

okplau will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

okplau reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the okplau Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okplau accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at okplau's discretion.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. okplau does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. okplau reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal interface.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• okplau reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be used for wagering purposes. okplau is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated with your payment provider without first contacting okplau support constitute a breach of these Terms.

okplau implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Transactions that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence and reporting obligations.

Betting Rules & Game Play

All games available on the okplau Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

By placing a bet on okplau, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. okplau does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Technical malfunctions void all affected bets. In the event of a game malfunction, okplau will endeavor to restore the game to its last valid state and process bets accordingly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted at okplau's discretion.
• okplau reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or placed in violation of these Terms.

For live dealer games streamed through the Ezugi Live section, the decisions of the live dealer and the outcome of the physical game event are final. Video stream delays do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

okplau offers bonuses, promotional credits, and a tiered Rewards program to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. General principles governing bonuses on the okplau Platform include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okplau reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Expiry: Bonus credits and free plays expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or misrepresentation — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

The okplau Rewards program allows players to accumulate points on real-money wagers. Points are credited at rates determined by okplau and may vary by game. Rewards points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts. okplau reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Responsible Gaming

okplau is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all registered players through the account settings interface.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that okplau does not guarantee any winnings. You agree to use the Platform for entertainment purposes only and to wager only amounts you can afford to lose.

okplau reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including mandatory deposit limits or temporary suspension, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okplau Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC process.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to okplau support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okplau staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okplau Platform — including but not limited to the okplau brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of okplau or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from okplau.
• Use the okplau name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of okplau's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by okplau.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okplau, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond okplau's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okplau makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Privacy & Data Protection

okplau collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okplau implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and okplau cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by okplau, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Requests relating to personal data should be directed to okplau's support team.

Account Suspension & Termination

okplau reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus credits and Rewards points are forfeited upon account closure.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting okplau support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

Amendments to These Terms

okplau reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okplau will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players through the Platform or via the email address associated with your account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okplau Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact okplau's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. okplau will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels under Philippine law.
